AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THIRTY -SEVEN
THOUSAND, FIVE. HUNDRED AND NO /100 DOLLARS
($37,500.00) FROM STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND
(PROJECT 1 - EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY) FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RELOCATION AND RECONSTRUCTION
OF ZOO FACILITIES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE. ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
Street Right -Of -Way Fund (Project 1 - East -Vest Express -
way) the sum of Thirty -Seven Thousand Five Hundred and
No /100 Dollars ($37,500.00) for the purpose of paying
expenses of relocation and reconstruction of facilities
in the City of Little Rock Goo, which relocation and
reconstruction has been made necessary due to the occu-
pancy of lands within the Loo for Right -of -Way purposes.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
