ORDINANCE NO. 11,651
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
LANDS IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, WITH PURCHASE PRICE TO BE
PAID TO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Little Rock
Municipal Water Works, by resolution duly enacted on August 27th ,
1965, requested the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to approve the sale of the hereinafter described real
property held in the name of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for
the use and benefit of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Commissioners has determined that said
sale will be to the best interest of the City of Little Rock; Now,
Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of Little Rock,
Arkansas, be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute a quitclaim deed on behalf of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, conveying to Levi Patton the following described real
property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Start at the Southwest corner of Section 1, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, and run thence East along
the South line of said Section 1 for a distance of
564.4 feet to the point of beginning; thence North for
a distance of 60 feet; thence East and parallel to the
said South line of Section 1 for a distance of 70
feet; thence South for a distance of 60 feet to the
said South line of Section 1; thence West along the
said South line of Section 1 for a distance of 70 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0.096 acres,
more or less,
said conveyance to be for a consideration of One Thousand and
no /100 Dollars ($1,000.00) cash payable to the Board of Commissioners
of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works.

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
