AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($150,000.00) FROM
THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE ACCOUNT TO STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND (PROJECT 1 -EAST -WEST EXPRESS-
WAY); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund Reserve Account, same having been funded through encumbering
unappropriated balances in the General Fund by Resolutions num-
bered 2546, 2982 and 3208, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
and No /100 Dollars ($150,000.00) to the Street Right -of -Way Fund
(Project 1 - East -West Expressway).
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
