AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED
FOURTEEN THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($114,130.00) FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED-AND UNENCUMBERED BALANCE
IN STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND TO STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND, PROJECT 13, EAST -WEST
EXPRESSWAY; AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES OF
SAID FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING
WALLS AND RELATED FACILITIES IN PHASE 1
OF THE EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated and unencumbered balance in the Street
Right -Of -Way Fund the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand,
One Hundred Thirty and no /100 Dollars ($114,130.00) to
Street Right -Of -Way Fund, Project 1, (East -West Expressway),
SECTION 2. The funds appropriated in Section 1
hereof shall be expended for retaining walls and related
facilities necessary in Phase 1 of construction of the
East -West Expressway in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
