ORDINANCE NO, 11,640
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection W - Z -1807 - described as Lots 10, 11, and 12, Blankenship
Subdivision of Block 8, Glendale Addition to City of Little Rock - From: "E -1"-
Quiet Business District To : "E -1 -A"- Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1855 - described as Lots 18 through 26, Henry Meirose
Addition to the City of Little Rock - From: "A"- One - family District To: "F"-
Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1859 - described as: Parcel 1 - A tract of land in the
V-2,, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,more particularly described

Gum Springs Road; thence North 0 degrees 11 minutes west along said East line
264.0 to the point of beginning; thence West 120.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees
11 minutes west 56.6 feet to a point on the west line of Mabelvale Pike (Geyer
Springs Road); thence North 37 degrees 26 minutes east along said West line and

of Tract 3 - From: "A" -One- family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (f) - Z -1867 - described as the West 1/2 of Tract 9, Arnold's
Highland Acres - From: "A"- One - family District To: "F "- Commercial District
for a depth of only 175 feet fronting on Base Line Road.
Subsection (g) - Z -1858 - described as Lot 4, and the North 1/2 of Lot 5,
Block 1, Crawford's Addition. From: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
