11612ORDINANCE NO. 11,612 AN ORDINANCE CONDEMNING CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING A PORT, ESTABLISHING AN INDUSTRIAL PARK AND FOR RELATED FACILITIES; AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BRING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST SAID PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: o SECTION 1. The properties hereinabove described are necessary for the purpose of creating, constructing and developing a port facility and terminal and an industrial park and related facilities. SECTION 2. The City Attorney is further authorized to secure an Order of the Court allowing the City to take immediate possession of the properties hereinabove described upon the posting of a bond in an amount to be determined by the Court. The City Attorney is authorized to have posted on behalf of the City a bond in an amount to be determined by the Court pending final determination of the condemnation proceedings. SECTION 3.
