AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TEN
THOUSAND AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($10,000.00)
FOR THE REMODELING OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS ROOM IN CITY HALL; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 11,549, passed on November 16 ,
1964, the sum of Eighteen Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($18,000.00)
was appropriated for remodeling the Board of Directors Room in
City Hall; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that additional funds
are needed in connection with said remodeling in the sum of
Ten Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($10,000.00); and
WHEREAS, in order to provide said additional funds,
an appropriation is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Unexpended
Balance in the General Fund the sum of Ten Thousand and No /100
Dollars ($10,000.00) for the purpose of defraying expenses in
the remodeling of the Board of Directors Room in City Hall.
SECTION 2. This appropriation is in addition to the
appropriation heretofore made in Ordinance 11,549, passed on
November 16, 1964, for the same purposes.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
