11596ORDINANCE NO. 111596 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: Subsection (a) - Z-1802-- 111 South Battery Street, described as Lot 9, Block 5, Union Depot Addition - From "B"- Residence District To: "D "- Apartment District.
