AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z-1802-- 111 South Battery Street, described as Lot 9,
Block 5, Union Depot Addition - From "B"- Residence District To: "D "-
Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1804 - 5720 "B" Street, described as all of Lots 16 and
17, Block 1, Oak Grove Addition - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "D "- Apart-
ment District
Subsection (c) - Z -1819 - 7214 Cantrell Road, described as all of Lots 3,
4, 5, and 6, Block 4, Abrams Subdivision of Plunkett's Subdivision - From: "A"-
One- family District To: "E"- Apartment District - And all of Lot 7, and the
West 40 feet of Lot 8, Block 4, Abrams Subdivision of Plunkett's Subdivision -

Subsection (d) - Z -1817 - 7100 Block of Cantrell Road, described as all
that part of the E2 of Block 5, Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, lying South of Cantrell Road more
particularly described as: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Block 5;
thence North 89 degrees 18 minutes west along the south line thereof 155.0
feet to a point; thence North 174.0 feet to a point on the South right -of -way
line of Cantrell Road; thence southeasterly along said South right -of -way
line, being the arc of a curve to the left, a long chord bearing and distance

925.3 feet to the easterly right -of -way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad,

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
