AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -1779 - Described as the East 110 feet of Lots 7 and 8,
Block 28, Original City - From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "H "- Business
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1774 - Described as Lot 7, and the North One -Half (W-2)
of closed street adjacent to Lot 7, Block 409, Lincoln's Addition - From: "C"-
Two- family District To: "F "- Commercial District
Subsection (c) - Z -1786 - Described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, Marshall &
Wolfe's Addition - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1772 - Described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 50 Faust's
Addition - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "D"- Apartment District
Subsection (e) - Z -1785 - Described as all of Lot 12 and the North 1/2
of Lot 11, and the East 50 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 8, Faust's Addition,
except that portion lying within the Expressway right-of-way - From: "C" -Two-
family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District
Subsection (f) - Z -1776 - Described as Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 4, Union
Depot Addition - From: "D"- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Subsection (g) - Z -592 - Described as part of the V-2 N'2 N=1 NE4 NE4 NV-4,,
Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at a point which is 550.33 feet west of and 30 feet south of the northeast
corner of NV -4 NE'4 Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, thence West 110.33
feet, thence south 134.87 feet, thence east 110.33 feet, thence north 134.87
feet to the point of beginning. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "E"
Apartment District.
Subsection (h) - Z -1777 - Described as Part of the NV-4 SVF, Section 30,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 165 feet north of the-northwest corner of SA 4, S4I-4 Section 30,

Township 1 North, Range 12 West, thence run east 460 feet and 8 inches, thence
north 200 feet; thence west 460 feet and 8 inches; thence south 200 feet to the
point of beginning, LESS AND ESCEPT the West 30 feet thereof, which is the East
Half of the Geyer Springs Road, said parcel herein being a part of Tracts 5 and
6 of COMMONWEALTH ADDITION to the City of Little Rock - From: "A" -One family

Subsection (i) - Z -1775 - Described as the Northwest corner of Geyer Springs Road
at Interstate No. 30, described as part of the 02 of the NE4 of the SE-4 of the
NE-14 of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, more particularly described as follows
Starting at the northeast corner of the said SE'4 NE'-4; thence north 87 degrees 46
minutes west, along the north line of the said SE-1-4 NE4, a distance of 29.91 feet
to the west side of the Geyer Springs Road right -of -way, being the point of
beginning of the lands herein described: From the point of beginning thus
established run thence south 2 degrees 04 minutes west along the west side of said

Subsection (j) - Z -1771 - Described as the North 250 feet of Tract "B"-

District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

Section 3 - That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
