AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 627
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of two - thirds in assessed
value of the property located within the territory hereinafter described have filed
a petition praying that an improvement district be established for the purpose
hereinafter set out.

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, 'the/Gbbpc2mnma6dxof the
City of Little Rock, has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has assertained
that said petition was signed by two - thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the% d of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section One; There is hereby established an improvement district embra-
cing the following property:
Block Six (6), Lots 5 and 6
Block Seven (7) , Lots 7, 8 and 9
Block Ten (10) , Lots 7, 8, 9, 10,11, and 12
Block Eleven (11) , Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
Block Fourteen (14) , Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
Block Fifteen (15) , Lots 7 , 8 , 9 ,10 ,11 a-nd 12
Hamilton Bracks addition to the Original City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from
29th and Alameda Drive to 32nd and Alameda Drive;
for the purpose of curbing, guttering, grading and providing storm drainage for the
aforementioned property.
Said District shall be known as Little Rock Improvement District
No. 627 and Thelma Lumpkin, J. H. Womack and Hartman Hall are hereby
named commissioners, who shall compose the Board of Improvement for said
district.

Section Two: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
