AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SIXTY -TWO THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 DOLLARS ($62,500.00)
F `OM UNEXFENDED BALANCE IN THE STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND TO A PROJECT ENTITLED
"RELOCATION OF ZOO. AND WAR MEMORIAL GOLF
COURSE "; ESTABLISHING SAID PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, A'j,ANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby created within the Street
Right -of -Way Fund a project entitled "Project 1 - A. Reloca-
tion of Zoo and War Memorial Golf Course." All appropriations
into the project thus created shall be for the purposes of
relocating zoo and golf course facilities, the relocation of
which is made necessary by virtue of the improvement of the
East -West Expressway adjacent to and upon the lands now
occupied by the said park facilities.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from unexpended
balance in the 6treet Right -of -Way Fund the sum of Sixty -Two
Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($62,500.00) to
Project 1 - A. "Relocation of Zoo and war Memorial Golf
Course."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
