ORDINANCE NO. 11,553
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) Z -1739 - described as the West 100 feet of Lots 6, 7, and 8,
Block 419, Duval's Addition - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "D "- Apartment
District.
Subsection (b)-_- Z -1738- described as Lot 18, Block 5, Mountain Park
Addition - From: "A"- One - family District To: 'f "- Commercial District
Subsection (c) --Z-1743 - described as the East 10 feet of Lot 15, and
all of Lot 16, Block 1, Bellevue Addition. From: "A" -One- family District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1735 - described as Lots 22 and 23, Block 2, Orlando
Heights Addition. From: "E -1" -Quiet Business District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1734- described as the West 359.5 feet of Tract #14,
L. B.Leigh and R. C. Butler's Acres. From: "A"- One - family District To: "E -111-
Quiet Business District.
Subsection (f) - Z -1712 - described as commencing at the southwest corner
of the 02 Section 28, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence south 89 degrees 46 minutes 43 secondseast
along the south line of said Section 28 for a distance of 420.00 feet; thence
south 1 degree, 05 minutes, 15 seconds west for a distance of 69.37 feet to the
point of beginning, said point also being in the south right-of-way line of
Rodney Parham Road; thence south 74 degrees 15 minute$, 20 seconds east along
the south right -o €away line of Rodney Parham Road for a distance of 953.26 feet
to the point of curvature of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
994.93 feet, a tangent of 130.69 feet and an internal angle of 14 degrees
58 minutes; thence easterly along said curve to the left for a distance of
259.89 feet to the point of tangency thereof; thence south 89 degrees 11 minutes
50 seconds east along the south right-of-way Itne of Rodney Parham Road for a
distance of 424.87 feet to the point oft-curvature of a curve -to the right, said

curve having a radius of 676.20 feet, a tangent of 42.58 feet and an internal
angle of 7 degrees 12 minutes, 21 seconds; thence along said curve to the right
for a distance of 85.04 feet to a point in the south right -of -way line of Rodney
Parham Road; thence south 0 degrees 10 minutes 24 seconds east for a distance of
997.81 feet to a point; thence south 89 degrees 51 minutes 19 seconds west for a
distance of 1021.35 feet to a point; thence south 2 degrees 24 minutes 47 seconds west
for a distance of 18.53 feet to a point; thence north 87 degrees 53 minutes 20
seconds wext for a distance of 974.08 feet to a point; thence north 3 degrees 11
minutes 44 seconds west for a distance of 20.27 feet to a point; thence south 89
degrees 49 minutes 44 seconds west for a distance of 369.22 feet to a point; thence
north 0 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds east for a distance of 637.11 feet to a
point; thence south 89 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds east for a distance of 371.88
feet to a point; thence north 1 degree 00 minutes 00 seconds east for a distance
of 361.10 feet to a point; thence south 89 degrees 14 minutes 25 seconds east
for a distance of 418.89 feet to a point; thence north 1 degree 05 minutes 15
seconds east for a distance of 250.48 feet to a point of beginning, said tract
containing 54.51 acres - From: "A„- One - family District to: "G" -1 Commercial
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
