AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF MONEYS
FOR STORM - DRAINAGE WORK WITHIN THE HIGH STREET
URBAN RENEWAL AREA; AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING
A PROJECT WITHIN THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND,
IDENTIFIED AS PROJECT 453, BOUNDARY STREET CON-
STRUCTION FOR HIGH STREET URBAN RENEWAL AREA,
WITHIN THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND; ALLOCATING
TWENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY -THREE AND
99/100 DOLLARS FROM UNALLOCATED BALANCE IN THE
STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND TO PROJECT 45: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby authorized the expenditure of
Twenty -Five Thousand Five Hundred Seventy -:Vine and 11 /100
Dollars ($25,579.11) from Project 7, "Storm Drainage," within
the Street Construction Fund for storm - drainage work within
the High Street Urban Renewal Project Boundary Streets.
SECTION 2. There is hereby created and established within
the Street Right -of -Way Fund a project entitled, "Project 45 -
Boundary Street Construction for High Street Urban Renewal Area,"
and there is hereby allocated into said new project the sum of
Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty -Three and 99/100 Dollars
($20,853.99) from Unallocated Funds within the Street Right -of-
Way Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
