AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Sub - Section (a) - Z -1697- Described as Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 2,
Masonic Addition - Lots 13 and 14 - From: "C"- Two - family District
To : "E -1" -Quiet Business District
Lot 12 - From: "C"- Two - family District
To : "F "- Commercial District
Sub - Section (b) - Z- 1561)_ - Described as Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 1, Pettifer's
Addition; and Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Pettifer's Addition - From: "B"- Residence
District To: "F "- Commercial District
Sub - Section (c) - Z -1687- Described as Lot # , Block 8, Centennial Addition -
From: "C"- Two - family District To: "D "- Apartment District
Sub- Section (d) - Z -1698 - Described as Lot 10, Block 20, Faust's Addition -
From: "C"- Two - family District To: "E"- Apartment District
Sub- Section (e) - Z1695 - Described as Lots 1 through 6, Block 5, Jansen's
Addition - Lots 1, 2, and 3, from: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family
District, and Lots 4, 5, and 6 - From: "B "- Residence District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Sub- Section (f) - Z-1685-- Described as the south 5 feet of Lot 20 and all
of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, of Block 25, Lincoln Park Addition - From: "D "- Apartment
District To: "E -1" -Quiet Business District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
