AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $18,000.00 FROM
THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND TO STREET RIGHT -
OF SPAY FUND- PROJECT 1 (EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY)
FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO WOODROW STREET
is MEN 7th AND 8th STREETS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sue of $18, 000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance in the Street Right- of -Way Fund to
Street Right-of-Way Fund - Project 1 (East -West Expressway ). This
appropriation is for the purpose of providing funds with which to
pay for improvements to Woodrow Street between 7th and 8th Streets
in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
