AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z-2007-- Described as all of that part of the SE14 of Wig
of Section 199 Township 1 North, Range 12 West, lying between the south and north
forks of Fourche Creek and west of Mabelvaie Pike - From: "A"- One - family
District To: "I''' -Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b)
- Z -2008 - Described as Lots
22, 23,
and
24 of Block 23,
Riverside Addition -
From: "E -1" Quiet Business
District
To:
"F "- Commercial
Di st ri ct.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
