AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,800.00 FROM
STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND - PROJECT 1 (EAST -
WEST EXPRESSWAY) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
CERTAIN LANDS AS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE PRO-
POSED EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY; AMENDING, IN
PART, ORDINANCES 11#424 AND 11, 634; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 2 of Ordinance
11,424 approved August 19, 1 963 which heretofore has read as follows:

SECTION 2. That portion of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 11,634 which heretofore has read as follows:

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated from Street
Right -of -Way fund, Project 1, (East -vest Expressway) the sum of
$1,800.00 for the purpose of providing additional funds with which
to acquire the Parcels described in Section 1 and 2 hereof and this
appropriation is and shall be deemed supplemental to the appropria-
tions made in Ordinances 11,424 and 11,634, as amended, for the pur-
pose of acquiring right -of -way.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
