AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR
PARCEL C 65- S -57 -1 IN IMPROVEMENTS
AND FACILITIES LIEU OF THE .APPROVED
PURCHASE PRICE; AUTHORIZING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN ADDITIONAL
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE WEST 3rd STREET
RELOCATION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The approved purchase price for Parcel
C 65- S -57 -1 in the sum of $10,800.00 as heretofore set forth in
Ordinance 11,750 passed June 6, 1966 shall be paid optionally in
cash or by the construction of a pedestrian overpass according
to the plans and specifications therefor drawn and prepared by
Garver and Garver.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt of Warranty Deed conveying
full legal title to Parcel C 65- S -57 -1 the Grantor shall declare
its option of consideration in either the form of cash or the
aforesaid improvements and facilities.
SECTION 3. The form of the Warranty Deed to the
aforesaid Parcel of land and the recitation of consideration there-
in shall be approved by the City Attorney in advance of its
acceptance by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
