ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 11,631 IN
PART; APPROVING A REAPPRAISAL OF A
CERTAIN PPRCEL OF LAND; APPROPRIATING
$100.00 FROM STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND -
PROJECT 1 (EAST -WEST E"RESSWAY) FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF SAID LAND; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Based upon a more current appraisal
the approved purchase price of Parcel 114, being within the pro-
posed East -West Expressway, is hereby increased from $300.00 to
$400.00. Section 2 of Ordinance 11,631, particularly and singu-
larly that portion therefore which heretofore has read as follows:

is hereby amended to read as follows
"PARCEL NUMBER APPROVED PURCHASE PRICE

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$100.00 from the City of Little mock Street Right -of -Way Fund-
Project 1 (East -West Expressway) for the purposes of providing
the additional funds necessary to acquire Parcel 114.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
