AN ORDINANCE .APPROPRIATING $63,480.00
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN LANDS
ADJACENT TO AND TO BECOME A PART OF
GILLAAM PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated balance in the General Fund of the City of Little
Rock, the sum of $63,480.00 for the purpose of purchasing from
Aluminum Company of America, certain lands lying adjacent to,
and to become a part of, Gilliam Park in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, consisting of 42.32 acres and described as part of
the NE4 NW 4, Section 26, Township 1 North Range 12 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
