AN 'ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, OF A TRACT OF
LAND DESCRIBED AS:
The NE4 of the NW4 of Section 34, Township 2 North,
Range 13 West, and part of the SE3; NW4 of Section. 34,
Township 2 North, Range 7.3 West, all of which property
is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the NE4 of the NW4 of
said Section 34 and run thence S 00 171.30" E along
the east line of the'said NE4 NW4, 1,3.26.7 .feet to
the SE corner of the said NE4 NW-34; run thence N'89°
44' W along the south line of the said NE4 NW4, 330.2
feet to the NE corner of the Wz E2 SE4 NW4 of said
Sec. 34; run thence S 00 18' E along the east line of
the said A E32- SE4 NW4 1007.7 feet to a point on the
north right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road, thence
along said north right -of -way line, N 470 22' W, 466.15
