AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1998 - Described as the East 145 feet of Lot 12 and
the North 20 feet of the East 145 feet of Lot 11, Block 335, Original City -
From: "G -1" Commercial District To: "H"- Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2003 - Described as Lot 7, and the West 40 feet of
Lot 8, Block 22, Bellevue Addition - From: "A<<- One - family District To: "F "-
Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2004 - Described as Lot 4, Block 1, Scott Street Sub-
division - From: "D"- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District
Subsection (d) - Z -1995 - Described as Lot 3, Block 1, Scott Street
Subdivision - From: "D"- A.,artment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little ;lock and designated "District Map" be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section l hereof,
Section 3. That this ordinance shall tale effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
