AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $38,500.00 FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN STREET FUND FOR THE
PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AT TWENTY - SECOND AND
BOND STREET; AUTHORIZING PANIMT FOR SAID
RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unappro-
priated balance in the Street Fund the sum of $38,500.00 for
the purchase of right -of -way at Twenty- Second and Bond Street
as described and authorized in Resolution Number 3586 of this
Board of Directors, adopted on June 6, 1966.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to pay to the person or
persons entitled thereto the said sum of $38,500.00 appro-
priated in Section 1 hereof, in consideration for clear title
to the lands described in said Resolution Number 3586.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
