AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1986 - Described as a tract of land in the M2 N'2 S£'4 NVF,
Section 36, T -2 -N, R- 13 -V1, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the northwest corner of the N2 N2 SE-4 NW4, said Section 36; thence
south 89 degrees 37 minutes east along the north lin a thereof 359.3 feet, to a
point on the east right -of -way line of Bryant Street, the point of beginning;
thence south 0 degrees 5 minutes east along the East right -of -way line of
Bryant Street, 260.1 feet; thence east 120 feet; thence south 0 degrees, 5
minutes east, 77.2 feet, to a point on the south line of the 4-2- N'2 SE--4 Nir!'4
said Section 36; thence west along the South line of the 4-2 N2 SE4 NV-4, said
Section 36, 45 feet to a point; thence North 0: degrees 5 minutes west, 337.1
feet, to a point on the north line of the M2 N2 SE-4 NV4, said Section 36; thence
north 89 degrees 37 minutes west, 175 feet, to the point of beginning, containing

Subsection (b) - Z -1985 - -Described as a tract of land in the N2 fk SE4 Nbl4
Section 36, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the N2 N2 SV4 NV-4-, said Section
36; thence south 89 degrees 37 minutes east along the north line thereof, 309.3
feet to a point of the west right -of -way line of Bryant Street; thence south 0
degrees, 05 minutes east along said west right -of -way line, 337.6 feet to a point
on the south line of the N2 W-2 SE-4 Nom; . said Section 36; thence west along said
south line, 306.5 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence North 0 degrees
36 minutes west along the west line of the 42 N'2 SE4 NW , said Section 36, 339.8
feet to the point of beginning, containing 104,597 square feet, more or less, and
a tract of land in the N2 N2 SE'4 NV-4, Section 36, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Starting at the northwest corner of
N2 42 SE' -4 NV-4 said Section 36; thence south 89 degrees 37 minutes east along
the north line thereof, 359.3 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of

Bryant Street; thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes East along said East Right -of-
way line, 260.1 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 120.0 feet to a point;
thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes East, 77.2 feet to a point on the South line of
the N 2 Nl SEJ4 NV-4 said Section 36; thence best along said South Line 120.0 feet
to a point on the East right -of -way line of Bryant Street; thence North 0 degrees
05 minutes lest along said east right -of -way line, 77.2 feet to the point of

Subsection (c) - Z-1562-- Described as the east 100 feet of the north 259.5
feet of the N1,:4 SE-4 Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, except the north 50 feet thereof.

Subsection (d) - Z -1987 - Described as the East Half of the SE-4 St-4 NE4
Section 15, Township 1 North, R nge 12 West, LESS AND EXCEPT the right -of -way
of the Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company, said parcel being more
particularly described as: Begin at the northeast corner of the southeast
Quarter Southeast Quarter Northeast Quarter (SE I-4 SE -4 NE4) said Section 15, thence
run South 422.8 feet to a point which is 75 feet from the old main track of the
Chicago Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company measured at right angles to the
track; thence southwesterly along the north right -of -way of said railroad a
distance of 337.1 feet to the west line of the E'2 SE'4 SE'4 NE4 said Section 15;
thence north 497.8 feet; thence East 327.9 feet to the point of beginning. And
Lots 1 through 8, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, Tuxedo Extension
Addition to the City of LittleRock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. And a tract of land
being a part of the SW-4 NW'4 Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, more
particularly described as: Beginning at the northwest corner of the Blunt 5 -acre
tract; thence south 206.7 feet; thence northeasterly 448 feet to a point; thence
northeasterly 108.43 feet; thence west 450.6 feet to the point of beginning.

District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1994) - Described as the SW-4 NE4 Section 26, Township 1
North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "n" -O.ne- family District
To: "K" -Heavy Industrial :District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock and designated "District P-iap" be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
