AN ORDINANCE ACC,EETING THE APPRAISALS ON CERTAIN
LANDS ON WOO]DR014 STRSBT NEEDED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
PURPOSES WITHIN THE EASTWSST EXPRESSWAY;
AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION THEREOF AT THE APPRAISED
VALUE; APPROPRIATING CERTAIN SL14S FOR SUCH PURPOSES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DORECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The appraisals of the following described
lands, lying in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly adjacent to Woodrow Street between 7th and 8th
Streets are hereby accepted, as follows:
DESCRIPTION APPRAISED VALUE
West 10 feet of Lot 6, Block 12 Ferndale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark. $3,000.00
West 10 feet of Lot 7, Block 12 Ferndale
,Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark. 4,000.00
West 10 feet of Lot 8, Block 12 Ferndale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark. 500.00
SECTION 2. The City Manager acting through the Real
Estate Department of the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized
to acquire by neg(liated sale each of the foregoing tracts of
land at not to exceed the appraised value thereof as more
particularly established in Section 1 hereof and the City Manager
and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to
issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of the purchase
price in eachcase, which payment shall be made from Street Rivht -of-
Wav Fund, Project 1 (East-West Expressway).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
