AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,106.50 FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND
TO LITTLE ROCK- PULASKI DRAINAGE DISTRICT
NUMBER 2 FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENDITURES
MADE BY IT IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
by
SECTION 1. There is here/appropriated from unappropriated
balance in the general fund the sum of $4,106.50 for the purpose
of paying same to the Little Rock - Pulaski Drainage District No. 2.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to pay said funds by the necessary warrant or warrants
to the said Little Rock - Pulaski Drainage District No. 2 in full
and final settlement of any liability of the City of Little
Rock to said drainage district in connection with relocation
of a drainage ditch within said district.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
