AN ORDINANCE .APPROPRIATING TKO THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,100.00) FROM THE
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND (PROJECT 1 - -Z AST -
WEST EXPRESSWAY) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
RIGHT-OF-WAY; AMENDING ORDINANCES 11,631
AND 11,399 IN CERTAIN PARTS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, .ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Street Right-of-Way Fund (Project 1 -- East-West Expressway)
the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($2,100.00) for
the purpose of providing additional funds to those heretofore
authorized in the acquisition of parcels No. 148 and No. 179.
This appropriation is supplemental to appropriations made in
Ordinances No. 11,399 and No. 11,631 for such purposes.
SECTION 2. That portion,-of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 11,399 which heretofore has read as follows:
"Parcel Number Approved Purchase Price
148 $6,600.00"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Parcel Number Approved Purchase Price
148 $8,250.00
SECTION 3. That portion of Ordinance 11,631 passed
on July 19, 1965 which heretofore has read as follows:
"Parcel Number :Approved Purchase Price
179 -G60 $1,550.00"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Parcel Number Approved Purchase Price
179 -G60 $2,000.00
SWTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
