ORDINANCE NO. 11,723
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTIONS "H" AND "On
OF SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,692, SAME BE-
ING AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO TWIN CITY TRANSIT,
INC. THE RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE TO OPERATE MOTOR
BUSES OVER THE STREETS OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES; RE- ESTABLISHING AND REDESIGN-
ING CERTAIN BUS ROUTES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection "H" of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 11,692, same being an ordinance granting the right and
privilege to Twin City Transit, Inc. to operate motor buses
over the streets of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"(H) LILAC CIRCLE - UNIVERSITY
From Capitol & Main; West on Capitol Avenue
to Chester Street; North on Chester Street
to La Harpe Boulevard; West on La Harpe Boule-
vard to Mart Drive; North on Mart Drive to
Old Cantrell Road, West on Old Cantrell Road
to Magnolia Street; North on Magnolia Street
to Lilac Terrace; West on Lilac Terrace to
Cantrell Road; Right on Cantrell Road to Kava-
naugh; Right on Kavanaugh to University; South

the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval, and all ordi-
nances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
