The property hereinabove described is necessary
for the purpose of establishing, improving and creating
a park and recreational area for the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The City Attorney is further authorized
to secur an order of the court allowing the City to take
immediate possession of the properties hereinabove des-
cribed upon the posting of a bond in an amount to be
determined by the court. The City Attorney is authorized
to have posted on behalf of the City a bond in an amount
to be determined by the court pending.fintl determination
of the condemnation proceedings.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby .repealed and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approtal
