AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1015 WEST 13th STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1948 - Described as the east 39 feet of Lots 1 and 2, and the north
22 feet of the east 39 feet of Lot 3, in Block 269, Original City of Little
Rock, in Pulaski County, Arkansas; the west 38 feet of the east 77 feet of
Lot 1 and the north 40 feet of the west 38 feet of the east 77 feet of Lot 2,
and the west 26 feet of the south 10 feet of the east 65 feet of Lot 20 and
the west 20 feet of the north 22 feet of the east 59 feet of Lot 3, Block
269, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas - From: "C"- Two - family District
To: "H"- Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
