117161 f 0 ORDINANCE N0. 111716 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. Subsection (a) - Z -1952- Described as Lot 46, Garden Homes Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District. Subsection (b) --Z-1955 - Described as Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 3 Union Depot Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "D'R- Apartment District. Subsection (c) - Z -1958 - Described as Lots 8, and 9, Block 1, C. H. Taylor's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District Subsection (d) Z -1483 - Described as Lots 3, and 4, Block 7, Cox Subdivision of Taylor & Bodeman Addition - From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F "- Commercial District.
