ORDINANCE N0. 111716
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1952- Described as Lot 46, Garden Homes Addition -
From: "B"- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) --Z-1955 - Described as Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 3
Union Depot Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "D'R- Apartment
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1958 - Described as Lots 8, and 9, Block 1, C. H.
Taylor's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District
Subsection (d) Z -1483 - Described as Lots 3, and 4, Block 7, Cox Subdivision
of Taylor & Bodeman Addition - From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F "-
Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1946 - Described as a tract of land described as
starting at the northwest corner of NE4 SW4 Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, run
thence east 330 feet to point of beginning; thence continue east along soutin
right -of -way line of west 49th Street 364.5 feet to the west right -of -way line
of Mabel va 1 e Pike; thence run south on said right -of -way line 195 feet; thence
run northwesterly along a line 90 degrees from aforesaid described line 90
feet; thence run west 210 feet to a point; thence run north 135 feet to the

to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 67 -70, said point
being the point of beginning of the herein described tract; thence in a norther-
ly direction along the easterly right -of -way line of U.S.Highway 67 -70 for
263.7 feet; thence by a deflection angle of 1 degree 12 minutes to the left
a distance of 328.4 feet; thence by a deflection angle of 83 degrees 33
minutes to the right 200.1 feet; thence by a deflection angle of 0 degrees

and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
