AN ORDINANCE AMEND3NG THE APPRAISAL AND
PURCHASE PRICES OF CERTAIN LANDS LYING
WITHIN THE EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY RIGHT -
OF -WAY; .APPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF SAID RIGHT -OF -WAY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIROCTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, A U<ANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Street
Right-of-Way Fund, Project 1 (East -West Expressway) the sum
of Seven Hundred Ninety and no /100 Dollars ($790.00) for the
acquisition of Parcels No. 288 and 95 as follows:
