AN ORDINANCE At'PRO:."RIATING TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED AND no/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00) FROM THE
1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND FOR THE
PAYMENT OF CERTAIN APPRAISALS AND ENGINEERING
FEES PERTAINING TO THE DEVELOaO-ENT OF PARKS
AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA-NSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
I Capital Improvement Bond Fund the sum of Two Thousand Five
Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($2,500-00) j-
-':'or the -ourDose of paying
engineering and appraisal fees arising in connection with
acquisition and develoguent of parks and recreational areas in
the City of Little AocX, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
