AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2
OF ORDINANCE 11,693 TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE
PURPOSE OF CERTAIN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THE
PAYMENT OF APPRAISAL COSTS AND CHARGES; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 11,693, adopted
on December 20, 1965, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Capital Improvement Bond Funds the sum of Seventy Five
Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($75,000.00) to be used from time
to time in payment of proper charges for engineering and
appraisal work under the 1965 Capital Improvement Bond Program."
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance 11,693 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
'Section 2. When approved estimates and charges are
made by the persons performing engineering work or completing
appraisals under the 1965 Capital Improvement Bond Program, the
City Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and directed
to pay same from the sum appropriated in Section 1 hereof by
issuing the necessary warrant and warrants.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
