ORDINANCE NO. 119691
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1912 - Described as Lots 14 and 15, Dorsey Replat of
Block 360, of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas- From: "I" -Light
Industrual District To: "E"- Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1922 - described as Lot 8, Block 11, Forest Hills Addi-
tion to Little Rock - Fro m: "B "- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1924 - Described as the West 75 feet of Lots 9, 10, 11
and 12, Block 2, Forest Park Addition, being the southwest corner of Kavanaugh
Boulevard and McKinley Streets - From: "A'l- One - family District To: "D "- Apartment
District.

from and after its passage and approval.
