AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPRAISALS OF
CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
PURPOSES IN 65TH STREET; APPROPRIATING THE
SUM OF $35,635.00 FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND - STREETS TO PROJECT 65 -5 -58
(65th Street); PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AND THE PAWENT OF
APPRAISAL FEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to acquire certain parcels
of land within the proposed right -of -way for 65th Street -
reconstruction - phaw III as hereinafter set forth and identified
by number. Each parcel shall be acquired for the price herein
set forth opposite the parcel number. The full legal description
and the approved appraisal herein shall now and hereinafter
remain on file in the office of the Real Estate Department of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The parcels which the City Manager is hereby
authorized to acquire and the approved appraisals and purchase
price herein are as follows:

SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized to pay by warrant of the City of Little
Rock the above purchase prices for the respective parcels of
land to the person or persons entitled thereto according to
the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full legal title
to said parcels in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five and No /100 Dollars
from the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund - Streets to
Project 65 -5 -58 (65th Street) to be used for the purchase of the
above identified property and for the payment of appraisal fees
in the mount of Seven Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($750.00)
for services rendered in appraising the above identified parcels
of property.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
