AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $65,643.92 FROM THE
1965 IMPROVZMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO HINDMAN
PARK, PROJECT 65 -P -76; AND FOR OTHBR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to carry out
the plans of its architects in the construction of Hindman
Park, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
for this Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $65,643.92 is hereby appropriated
from the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund to Hindman Park,
Project 65 -P -76.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
