ORDINANCE NO. 11,933
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE CLAIM OF RICHARD L.
RANNIGER IN THE AMOUNT OF $469.72 FOR PROPERTY
DAMAGE TO HIS VEHICLE ARISING FROM A COLLISION
WITH A CITY OWNED VEHICLE; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claim of Richard L. Ranniger in the amount
of Four Hundred Sixty Nine and 72/100 Dollars ($469.72) arising
from a collision between a motor vehicle owned by said claimant
and a vehicle owned and operated by the City of Little Rock
occuring on June 10, 1967 at 3:00 P. M. on Ferry Street is hereby
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of said damages upon receipt from Richard
L. Ranniger of a release running in favor of the City of Little
Rock, its agents, servants and employees in form and substance
approved by the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
