AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10200 BLOCK RODNEY PARHAM ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1910 - Described as Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot A
Block 2, Breckenridge Business Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
run thence along the north line of said Lot A Block 2 eastwardly 213.82 feet
to the northeast corner of said Lot A Block 2; thence run southerly along the
east line of said Lot A Block 2, 204.59 feet; thence run westerly 187.1 feet
to a point on the west tine of said Lot A Block 2, which is 214.0 feet from
the northwest corner thereof; thence run northerly 214.0 feet to the point of
beginning, which tract is also being replatted as Lot 1, Block 2, Breckenridge
Business Addition - From: "E -1 11 Qai et Business District to ''F'E- Commerci a 1
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated 'District Maps' be,'
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in .Section 1 hereof.
Section 3• That this ordinance shalt take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
