AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 7703 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK$ ARKANSAS:
Section I. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2105 - Described as part of Tract 4, Southwest City Commercial
:Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Begin-
ning at the northeast corner of Tract 2, Southwest City Commercial Subdivision;
thence North 82 degrees 52 minutes east along the south right-of-way line of
Interstate Route No. 30, a distance of 170.0 feet; thence South 0 degrees
41 minutes east and parallel with the east tine of said Tract 2, a distance of
194.1 feet; thence South 89 degrees 19 minutes west, 338.9 feet to a point
on the east right-of-way line of Geyer Springs Road; thence North 0 degrees
41 minutes west along said east :right -of -way line, a distance of 25.0 feet
to the southwest corner of Tract 2; thence north 89 degrees 19 minutes east
along the south line of Tract 2, 170.0 feet to the southeast corner thereof;
thence North 0 degrees 41 minutes west along the east line of Tract 2, 150.0
feet to the point of beginning. From: "All-One-family District To: "F"-
Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passate and approval.
