AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB - SECTION (a) OF
SECTION 39 -79 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SAME
PROVIDING FOR PERMITS FOR CURB LOADING ?;ONES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Sub- Section (a) of Section 39 -79 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, same
providing for permits for curb loading zones is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"(a) Any person, firm or corporation desiring passenger
loading or unloading zones may make application in writing to
the Traffic Engineer and pay to the City One Hundred and N01100
Dollars ($100.00) per meter space per year."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
