AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SURVEYING
AND ENGINEERING WORK NECESSARY IN
PLANNING THE PUBLIC PARKING AND
TRAFFIC FLOW IN, AROUND AND NEAR
WAR MEMORIAL PARK; APPROPRIATING
THE SUM OF $22000.00 TO DEFRAY THE
EXPENSE OF SUCH SURVEYING AND ENG-
INEERING SERVICES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to employ such professional surveying and
engineering talent as may be necessary for the purpose of
planning for public parking and vehicular traffic in, around
and near War Memorial Park.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
unencumbered balance of the General Fund the sum of Two
Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($2,000.00) to be used in the
payment of surveying and engineering services provided for
in Section 1.
SECTION 3. The appropriation herein provided for is
supplemental to the appropriation made by Ordinance No. 11,891
passed May 15, 1967.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
