AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $265.00
FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
PROJECT 65 -S -56 (12TH,STREET) TO BE USED FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PAYING CERTAIN DAMAGES OCCASIONED
TO IMPROVEMENTS ON ABUTTING PROPERTY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund to Project 65 -S -56 (12th Street)
the sum of Two Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($200.00) to be used
for the purpose of paying damages occasioned to improvements
situated on parcel 94A -C1 which damages were occasioned in the
widening and improving of West 12th Street adjacent to said
parcel.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund to Project 65 -S -56 (12th Street)
the sum of Sixty Five and No /100 Dollars ($65.00) to be used for
the purpose of paying damages occasioned to improvements situated
on parcel 18 -C2 which damages were occasioned as a result of the
improvements being made on West 12th Street adjacent to said
parcel.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of the damages appropriated hereinabove
to the person or persons entitled thereto according to the opinion
of the City Attorney so as to completely release and discharge
the City of Little Rock from any and all damages or causes of
action as a result of the Cityts undertaking of improving and
widening West 12th Street in the premises.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
