AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$1,397.98 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BAL-
ANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE NATURAL
HISTORY MUSEUM, BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 201
(3.01); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, repairs to the building housing the Natural
History Museum have become unexpectedly necessary in order
to prevent leaking and the cost of such repairs in accordance
with estimates is One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Seven and
98/100 Dollars ($1,397.98).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of One Thousand Three Hundred
Ninety Seven and 98/100 Dollars ($1,397.98) is hereby approp-
riated from the unexpended balance in the General Fund to the
credit of the Natural History Museum, budget account number
201 (3.01) and sub- section 28, D -1 of section 3 of Ordinance
No. 11,819, same being the Budget Ordinance for the City of
Little Rock for 1967 is hereby amended to reflect this in-
creased appropriation to said account number.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
