ORDINANCE NO. 11,902
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$775.00 FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CON-
STRUCTION FUND TO THE ACCOUNT OF WEST
12TH STREET - CONTRACT 2 - TO BE USED
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING RIGHT -OF-
WAY AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID
PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund the sum of Seven Hundred
Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($750.00) to be used for the purpose
of acquiring a right of entry necessary in improving the
right -of -way on West 12th Street at parcel cumber C65- S- 56 -23.
Said appropriation shall be used for the purpose of purchasing
five (5) trees at said location which will be destroyed as a
result of the improvements necessary within the right -of -way
at a cost of One Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($150.00)
per tree.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund to West 12th Street Project -
Contract 2 - the sum of Twenty Five and No /100 Dollars ($25.00)
to be used together with One Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($100.00)
heretofore appropriated by Ordinance No. 11,857 in the purchase
of parcel number C65- S -56 -10 needed as right -of -way for said
Project.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of the appropriations above provided for
to the person or persons entitled thereto according to the
opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full legal rights and
title to the parcels herein identified.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
