ORDINANCE NO. 119896
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 11600 BLOCK OF MARALYNN ROAD IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2067 - Described as (Tract No. 1) a part of the SW4 SE'-4,
Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 13 Vest, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said SUd S:E4, run thence
North 2 degrees, 25 minutes, 39 seconds west 900.15 feet along the west
line of said Slr4 SE4, thence south 85 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds east
230.00 feet; thence north 53 degrees 04 minutes 21 seconds east 150.00 feet;
thence south 36 degrees 55 minutes 39 seconds east 100.00 feet; thence south
23 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds east 526.77 feet; thence south 39 degrees
43 minutes 21 seconds west 340.00 feet; thence south 0 degrees 16 minutes

Section 2. That the roan referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
