AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1616 -24 BROADWAY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ,DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and it is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2080 - Described as Lots 7, 8, 9, Block 205, Original City -
From: "D "- Apartment District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of` Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
