AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$49000.00 FROM THE UNENCUMBERED BALANCE
IN THE STREET FUND TO BE USED FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAYING LAND VALUE, DAMAGES
AND EXPENSES IN THE ACQUISITION OF
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 112882 TO BE USED AS RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR IMPROVING ASHER AVENUE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS-OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SEC71 ON 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
unencumbered balance in the Street Fund the sum of Four
Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($4,000.00) to be expended for
the purpose of paying the land value, damages and expenses
necessary in the acquisition of that parcel of real property
described in Ordinance No. 11,882 to be used for right -of -way
in improving Asher Avenue in this City.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary
warrant or warrants for the purpose identified in Section 1
hereof upon the written request of the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
