ORDINANCE NO. 11,893
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPRAISAL
OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND NEEDED FOR
RIGHT -OF -WAY PURPOSES ON 65TH STREET
AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE THEREOF;
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $51,425.00
FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION
FUND TO PROJECT C65 -5 -58 -65th STREET
TO BE USED FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE
HEREIN IDENTIFIED PARCELS OF REAL
PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to acquire certain parcels of land within the
contemplated right -of -way for 65th Street as hereinafter
set forth and identified by number. Each parcel shall be
acquired for the purchase price hereinafter set forth
opposite the parcel number which price represents the
approved appraisal of said parcel. The full legal descript-
ion of each parcel and the approved appraisal thereof are
now and shall hereinafter remain on file in the office of
the Real Estate Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The parcels which the City Manager is
authorized to acquire at the approved appraisal and purchase
price thereof are as follows:

SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to pay by warrant
of the City the approved purchase price for the respective
parcels to the person or persons entitled thereto according
to the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full legal

title to the parcels in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated from
the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund to Project C65 -S -58-
65th Street the sum of Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred
Twenty Five and No /100 Dollars ($51,425.00) to be used for
the purpose set forth in the above sections.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
