AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL
APPRAISAL FOR PARCEL NUMBER 127 -
EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY; APPROPRIATING
THE SUM OF $1,000.00 FROM THE STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND; AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF SAID PARCEL; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The appraisal and approved purchase
price for parcel of land number 127 to be used as right-
of -way within the East -West Expressway is hereby amended
• and increased by the sum of One Thousand and No /100 Dollars
($1,000.00) making the total approved purchase price Three
Thousand Six Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($3,600.00).
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
necessary warrant or warrants in payment of the total pur-
chase price herein provided for to the person or persons
entitled thereto according to the opinion of the City
Attorney so as to vest full legal title to said parcel in
the City of Little Rock..
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated from the
Street Right -of -Way Fund to Project 1 - East -West Expressway
the sum of One Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($1,000.00) to
be used together with the sum appropriated by Ordinance
No. 11,634 for the purchase of the parcel herein identified.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
